Greensboro had beautiful fall weather this weekend! The days were breezy and cool, and the nights felt almost like winter nights. Such a great way to start off October! On Friday, Zaylen and I visited Zachary at work to have lunch with him. I baked his kids brownies the night before and he forgot those and his lunch, so it made a perfect excuse for a school visit. Friday was an early release day so we were able to see the kids, see Zaks coworkers and were able to stay a little longer than we usually do. We love seeing Zak at work!! Here is a picture of Zaylen with our friend Brian (The one who road his bike across the country this summer!)

The rest of Friday we all hung out around the house and didn't do a thing. It was the first night in weeks we haven't had somewhere to be or something to do, so that made it extra special!

Saturday morning we met another friend Morgan and her precious family and friend at The Moose Cafe at the farmers market for breakfast. That was a great time! It was also Zaylens first time eating eggs, he did great and really enjoyed them. Yayyy for no allergies!! After breakfast we strolled around, picked up some fresh vegetables for the week, and Zaylen played with some pumpkins.






After the farmers market, we went by Whole Foods (my most cherished place) for a few items that we didn't find earlier. Once we got home Zak was such a sweetheart and pressure washed half of the house while I cleaned up some and prepared dinner for company that evening. Our dear friends Victor and Annie visited with us, we enjoyed dinner, conversation, and a fun game of Catan. They are some of our most precious friends, but due to everyone being super busy we haven't seen each other in almost two months so it was very nice finally being able to catch up with them!

Today was a great day as well! We slept in for a little bit, then got up and got ready for Memaws birthday party. The family met at my uncle Jimmys house and we all ate and had a good time with each other. It is very special spending another birthday with Memaw, she is such a sweet loving grandmother! When we got home, Zaylen took a long nap while Zak and I caught up on some shows, then once he woke up we all played a bit and took a walk. Now we are about to eat some leftovers for dinner and call it a night! I hope you all had as wonderful a weekend as the Boober family did!!! Have a blessed week!
